How do I order ?
Click on any item to find out more details, select the quantity you require and press the  button found at the bottom of each page - you will be taken to a secure payment window showing your order details. You can then continue shopping, adding each item you require, or proceed to the checkout where you can pay securely by credit or debit card or with a PayPal account. Postage, packing and VAT where applicable are clearly displayed in the payment screen before you make the final payment.
How can I pay ?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as transfers from PayPal accounts.
How much is the postage and packing ?
Postage and packing is FREE for all orders over £25
Orders under £25 incur a flat fee of £2.25 to cover P&P anywhere in the world
Do I have to pay VAT ?
VAT is charged on all orders within the EEC at the current UK rate of 17.5%
As we sell discs to countries all round the world we display prices excluding VAT
Are the CDs in stock ?
All the titles listed on this site are stocked at our London office. If a title becomes out of stock and you have already placed an order, you will be notified immediately and offered the option of canceling you order or waiting for the title to come back into stock.
How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post and usually arrive the next day. Overseas orders are sent by Air Mail and can take anything up to a week depending on the destination.
How do I return something if I don’t want it ?
Please contact us by E-mail or telephone to arrange a return and get a full refund of the purchase price.

Why does you PayPal status show as “Verified (New)” ?
Although we have been trading on-line since 1999, in 2006 we switched over to the PayPal system from the alternative NetBanx card processing system who have processed more than 2000 transactions for us. Our decision to switch to PayPal was because of its superior security features and more easy-to-use interface for customers.
